Zoom To Selection

Compatible with: Autodesk Revit versions 2018 to 2026. For older versions, please contact us.

This application zooms to the current selection, ensuring that all selected elements are visible.

To set a keyboard shortcut for this:

1. Click the ‘View’ tab
2. Click ‘User Interface’ → ‘Keyboard Shortcuts’
3. Or press the keyboard shortcut ‘KS’
4. In the ‘Search:’ field, type ‘Zoom To Selection’
5. In the ‘Assignments:’ section, select the command: ‘Zoom To Selection’ (Path: Add-Ins > EasyRevit | Zoom)
6. In the ‘Press new keys:’ field, enter your desired shortcut (e.g., BZ)
7. Click ‘Assign’
8. Click ‘OK’

• Manual update checking available inside the About section

Bug Fixes

• Selecting a Floor Plan, Section, or Elevation view from the Project Browser now not only zooms but also selects and highlights the corresponding view element
